August 29th – I have heard this but I’m not totally sure if it is.

Unfortunately neither the manga, the website, nor the wikipedia entry mentions the actual date of Yuki’s birth; so it’s up to readers to guess when he was born (I think he mentioned in one volume it was in winter or something; not sure). Sorry I can’t be of more help!
